1. The basic terms used in the Sales Terms and Conditions:

B) The Customer
The Customer is understood to be that who uses the Internet Sales Services offered by the Service Provider, that is, anyone who registers on the website of the Service Provider and/or orders or purchases products or services by means of the Service Provider's website and uses the Service Provider's website.
C) The Carrier
The Service Provider will deliver its products to its customers by means of the services of the Hungarian Post.
2. The objective, announcement and effect of the Sales Terms and Conditions
A) The Service Provider is issuing the Sales Terms and Conditions for its Internet Sales Services with a view to provide a detailed regulation of the conditions of Internet Sales Services, as well as the conditions pertaining to the usage of the Service Provider's website, the rights and obligations of Service Provider and the Customer and anything that may arise in the course of using the Internet Sales Services.
B) The Sales Terms and Conditions contains the general terms of the contractual relationship established when the Customer uses the Service Provider's services. Issues that are not dealt with in the Sales Terms and Conditions shall be regulated by the Service Provider's Internet Sales Service directives and the Hungarian Republic's substantive laws in force, without further reservations, especially the Civil Code and any other regulations of the Hungarian authorities. Any legal argument between the Service Provider and the Customer shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts of justice and the parties expressly accept Hungarian substantive and procedural law in dealing with any such matter.
C) All important information, news and changes shall be communicated by the Service Provider to the Customer in a newsletter sent by e-mail or on the Service Provider's website. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally change the terms established in the present Sales Terms and Conditions. Such amendments shall come into force 30 following the publication of the new version. All such amendments shall be published in the Service Provider's newsletter and its website. The amendments shall be considered accepted by the Customer provided the Customer continues to use the Internet Sales Services of the Service Provider. The Sales Terms and Conditions shall remain in force while the Service Provider continues to provide its Internet Sales Services.
3. The Sales Terms and Conditions in accordance with the Service Provider renders Internet Sales Services to Customer
A) The Sales Terms and Conditions are applicable to all Customers. By using the Service Provider's Internet Sales Services the Customer unconditionally and irrevocably accepts these Sales Terms and Conditions as binding. This agreement covers all the countries of the world except Hungary. Accordingly, if either the delivery or the invoice address is outside Hungary, the present terms are applicable. However, provided both the delivery or invoice address is Hungarian, the sales terms and conditions published on the Hungarian-language website apply.
B) In this agreement a Customer shall be considered a natural person accessing the Service Provider's website and accordingly, the Customer shall be personally liable for his/her activity regarding the Service Provider's website, regardless whether they have identified themselves with their private password or accessed the Service Provider's website as the client or staff of an institution. This agreement shall be considered accepted by the Customer provided the Customer uses the Internet Sales Services of the Service Provider.
C) The Customer is not entitled to use Telnet or other access on the Service Provider's server; your page can only be accessed via a browser. The Service Provider's server shall not be used to run other software (such as cgi). Violating these rules will ban the Customer from using the service without notice.
D) To prevent manipulation, the Service Provider will continuously monitor its server. If it discovers manipulation, it will contact the Customer as soon as possible, and provided the circumstances of the case do not warrant immediate exclusion from the service, the Service Provider will allow 5 days for settling the matter.
E) The Service Provider shall not accept responsibility for the content and authenticity of the information posted on its website.
F) The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for direct, indirect, unforeseeable or consecutive damage, unrealised profits, including damage resulting from loss of data or software and damage resulting from loss of reputation, nor for loss and damage resulting from using or the failure to use the Service Provider's website and its Internet Sales Services. The Service Provider shall under no circumstances be held responsible for damage resulting from reasons outside its control.
G) Due to the information network-the Internet-the Service Provider uses, its website is available from both Hungary and abroad. The English-language Sales Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to delivery and/or invoice addresses outside Hungary. If both the delivery or invoice address is Hungarian, the sales terms and conditions published on the Hungarian-language website apply.
H) The agreement comes into force when the Customer accepts the Sales Terms and Conditions on the Service Provider's website. The condition of purchase on the Service Provider's website is registration. Orders are sent only when the Customer has accepted the final form of the Order form.
I) The Service Provider reserves the right to delete data if, when it receives an order, the authenticity of the registration data are questionable or cannot be interpreted, and to consider orders placed with such data as void.
J) When a Customer registers on the Service Provider's website, the Service Provider will store the Customer's personal data. This way, the next time the Customer wishes to place an order, only the user name and password need to be keyed in.
K) After an order has been approved by the Customer, the order cannot be cancelled electronically. If the Customer wishes to cancel the order, he or she must get in touch with the contact address or numbers under Contact/Export.
4. Terms and Conditions of delivery
A) All products available on the Service Provider's website are subject to the following delivery terms and conditions:
The product ordered will be delivered to the Customer's address if all Sales terms and Conditions are satisfied. Standard postal services will be used to serve our Customers. The Service Provider shall not charge a packaging fee. Postal fees are available at the following link.
Provided the ordered publication is available and the entire price indicated on the pro forma invoice has been paid, it will be posted within a week but no later than a month, regardless of location.
B) The delivery address may be a private address or place of work, that is, the Service Provider accepts any kind of delivery address. The delivery address and invoice address need not be identical. The delivery should ideally be the place where the Customer is located at the time of delivery. The delivery address indicated in the order form cannot be changed latterly! Provided the delivery and invoice address is Hungarian, the terms in 3/G) of the Sales Terms and Conditions apply.
5. Terms and Conditions of Payment
A) Bank transfer. The price of the ordered publication and the delivery charges are paid on receipt of an invoice by bank transfer. When the entire amount has been transferred, the publication(s) shall be posted within three working days.
B) Online payment. The price of the ordered publication and the delivery charges are paid by means of a transaction on the server of the Inter-Európa Bank.
6. The rights and obligations of the Customer
The Customer is entitled to return the ordered product(s) to the Service Provider within 8 days. Governmental Decree No. 17/1999 of 5 February 1999 regarding Absent Parties stipulates that the costs of returning the product(s) shall be payable by the Customer. The Service Provider shall return the price of the product to the Customer within 30 days from the receipt of return product(s). The 8 day term available to the Customer for cancellation begins when the Customer signs for the delivered package.
7. Data protection and safety
A) During registration the Service Provider asks the Customer for the following information:

- E-mail address
- Name
- Delivery address
- Contact phone number
- EU VAT number
- Invoice address
Non-mandatory information:
- Fax number
The personal information provided by the Customer are accessible exclusively by the Customer and the Service Provider. The Service Provider handles any such data strictly confidentially and shall not disclose them in whole or in part to any third party. The Service Provider guarantees that the information it collects shall be correct and accurate as provided by the Customer, shall not exceed the amount necessary for running the website, shall be handled with care, updated in accordance with the information available, and deleted when no longer necessary. The Customer undertakes to provide exclusively real and correct data to the Service Provider.
B) The Customer shall have access to his or her data with a password that the Customer provides and shall have the opportunity to change at any time. The Customer shall also have the opportunity to change the personal information provided on the website of the Service Provider or delete them via Contact/Export.
C) Keeping the password a secret is the obligation of the Customer. Also, the Customer shall handle his or her personal data confidentially. The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for the unauthorised use of the password.
D) The Service Provider may provide links to other websites from its own website. When pointing to such links, the Customer must be aware of the fact that data protection and safety rules may differ on other websites and that the Service Provider shall not assume responsibility for the secrecy regulations or the management of personal information of others.
